I usually don’t write reviews but in some cases I make an exception. I called Jason from Davis Brothers to my Condo/town because my thirteen year-old heat pump had stopped working. I know that a new unit should be installed but due to on-going exterior renovations it will have to wait 10 months.Jason was extremely collaborative, got the old one up and running, and it works perfectly!

I couldn't be more pleased with Davis Brothers. I needed a complete new air-conditioning system. I shopped around a lot, and Davis Bros. had the best prices for the best brands. Their price was almost $5,000 better than Ellington Air. Davis gave me top of the line, Ellington quoted me on a builder grade model. Davis Bros. also came and installed the next day. Their employees were professional and polite. I am so relieved to have them on my side. All the other companies seemed to want to take advantage of this senior citizen.

I had a new HVAC installed and was very impressed by the service technicians. I wish I could remember all of there names because they were all very polite and professional. I dealt with Ryan the most and he is a 5 star employee. I would recommend Davis Bros to anyone that is looking at buying or servicing their HVAC. City permit guy came by and says everything was done correctly. I will be a long term customer from the service they provide and the equipment that they use.

I originally called Davis Bros. because they came highly recommended by two different neighbors. They were not the least expensive, but provided, in my opinion, the best overall package of price, quality, service and a sense of professionalism.Cliff, the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. he provided a hardcopy and emailed estimate write on the spot and gave several options. most companies just provide email. I'm a bit old-fashioned and still like to review some things in writing. He was not at all pushy about the upgrade options.Once I made the decision to go with Davis Bros., they scheduled the install within 3 days. The crew showed up on time, were very friendly and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Matt Davis came on site to review the technicians work and was there for well over an hour inspecting things and pointing out little details that made the job even more professional.Overall, I was very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our A/C on our porch was starting to make noises. Had these guys come out and they said at 20 years old parts would be hard to find, suggested that we replace it with a new one. Gave us two price ranges, better and best. We told them to order us the best one and it arrived a day later and they installed a day after that. Replacing any A/C these days is not cheap, but with these guys doing such a quick, efficient job we are completely happy with our decision. Highly recommend Davis Bros!

This is a phenomenal company to do business with. I have twice a year preventive maintenance service with them but just had to replace my A/C unit. The tech came out the same day that the A/C decided to quit which was at the end of the day. The tech said that the unit needed to be replaced; which we were aware of. He worked up the quote, I gave the go ahead and the next morning their team was here for the install. You will be hard pressed to find the outstanding customer service that they give. Always on time or notifications are given if there is a delay and they provide a photo of the tech that is coming.Replacing an A/C unit is expensive but their excellent service makes it a little easier to accept. You will not be disappointed with Davis Bros, the office personnel and the service techs are OUTSTANDING. Did I mention how they cleaned up after the install, the project manager stayed to make sure we were comfortable operating the unit and to answer any questions.
